I met Ali Khan in July of 2008. He was the realtor for the sale of the townhouses at 624 Shaw Road.  Initially I had placed a $5000 deposit to purchase a townhouse but after I changed my mind and decided to buy half of a duplex right next door.  When I approached Ali to ask for my deposit back he was very kind and understanding.
